If for any reason you are dissatisfied when you receive your ornaments simply return them within 10 days for exchange or full refund of your purchase price.  In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged shipment, ask the delivery person to wait while you open the package.  If that is not possible, contact the shipper (FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service) as soon as you open the package.  Save all delivery materials for them to inspect.  Call or email us for further assistance.

We at Marcy's Irish Ornaments take your privacy very seriously.  We will never sell or share the information you provide to any third parties for any reason.

Shipping Information

Most on-line orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. You may review the shipping charges for your order at any time by checking your shopping cart.  Please allow two weeks for us to process your order.

Large orders, such as for wedding favors, may be shipped by FedEx or UPS if we can save you shipping charges by doing so.  Your credit card may be charged for a lesser amount and will be indicated on your invoice.

We are sorry, but we cannot ship international orders at this time.

Wedding, Anniversary, Shower, and Family Reunion Orders

There is an area in your shopping cart where you can enter additional information.  Enter the date of your wedding, anniversary, shower, or family reunion. We will ship your order as quickly as possible.  But, if we cannot guarantee it before your indicated date for any reason, we will contact you. In some cases, we may request a down payment for large special orders.  Otherwise, your credit card will only be charged when the items are shipped.

Paying by Check or Money Order

You will be prompted to print out your order for your records when paying by check or money order. The final page will provide you with your order number which you must include with your name, address, and payment.  Mail it to:
